This past weekend I had the joyful experience of chasing down a family of five in the noble attempt for family photos. With three kids three and under woken up from a nap there wasn’t much hope for posed shots, but I really like the unposed and very real expressions that came from our time together. I think the photos tell this family’s story and the love between them. Plus I got a pretty good workout! You may recognize the youngest little guy from his newborn photos I posted last week.
This little guy has such big sparkly brown eyes! He has a great smile that shows off his two bottom teeth and makes me miss my own babies toothless grins. It’s been a fun month with my Baby Boy Casting Call and I’ve enjoyed meeting all the little guys (and girl!) and their families. Thanks again!
Tired of all the adorable baby boys this month? I’ve got just the antidote with this sweetie. She has the most amazing eyelashes, they are so long and curly! She’s going to break a few hearts when she’s older for sure! She loves to make the “o” face which totally reminded me of my daughter when she was a baby.
I met Baby K last August when I did his newborn photos and he has grown into an adorable six month old! I have to confess that I have a soft spot for bald babies, there’s just something about their round fuzzy heads that I find so sweet. I’m glad I had the chance to photograph this little guy again, watching babies grow is always a pleasure! Believe it or not this little guy was actually fighting an ear infection and wasn’t feeling so hot for our session. Luckily we had big brother and Grandma there to help coax out the smiles.
This little guy is older then most of the newborns I’ve done but he was perfect! He is 20 days old in these photos, but since he is still super sleepy during the day and awake all night (his poor mama!) he was still pretty poseable. He has two older siblings to give him all kinds of love, look for family photos with all three kiddos soon!
