A Personal Photo Project: May 29 – June 18, 2015 Project 365

May 29: The big exercise ball in some interesting lighting.

May 30: I made my first batch of homemade granola since my accident!  Love this stuff!  We eat it every morning on our yogurt.

June 1: My first photo session post-accident was with a good friend’s newborn twins.  I was still on crutches but it felt so good to get back to what I love!

June 2: I’m still on crutches but am slowly making my way outside finally!  These are the cherries in our cherry tree in the front yard.

June 3: Went on a Momtographers photo walk field trip to the Arboretum today and got this cool photo of a dragonfly.

June 4: Zoe standing post outside the office door.

June 5: I’m down to one crutch and carefully walking around one block and enjoying the change of scenery.  So tired of taking photos in my house!

June 6: Grace crafted this silly girl puppet from our craft supply bin and now she’s decorating our living room shelf.

June 7: Tiny blue flowers in pretty sunlight.

June 8: This temporary parking pass has sure come in handy!

June 9: My first client session post-injury!  Still not driving but not on crutches.  Baby boy took it easy on me and was a perfect little model 🙂

June 10: Ethan’s last day of first grade…he came home in tears because he’s going to miss his teacher!  Lunch with mom and an afternoon of video games cheered him up considerably.

June 11: Grace’s last day of fourth grade.  No tears from her!  Instead she had a water fight with Ethan.

June 12: Grace wore her newly autographed tye dyed shirt from her fourth grade field trip to Sisters to show to everyone at the rodeo.  She’s also still rocking her field day tattoo!

June 13: Sisters is absolutely beautiful.  Love to spend the evening on the deck admiring the view!

June 14: The kids have been riding their bikes as I “walk” around the block.  It’s nice to have their company!

June 15: Water fights are a daily occurrence lately.

June 16: A visit to my orthopedic surgeon’s office today went pretty quick.  X-rays looked great and he’s pleased with my progress.  Got the ok to drive once I feel ready and to try walking with regular shoes.  Thrilled with that news!

June 17: Picked strawberries, canned 3 batches of jam/syrup, and then did this senior session at the park.  My ankle wasn’t thrilled with all the activity but this photo was worth the swelling!

June 18: Tonight was the Girl Scout Awards Ceremony and the girls were showing off their silly faces.
