Brayden surprised us all by arriving a few weeks early which unfortunately meant we had to skip his mom’s maternity session. Big bummer! One of the reasons I try to schedule maternity sessions when you’re between 32-36 weeks pregnant is so that we get it done before baby comes but sometimes baby just beats us to the punch.
He did need to spend a little bit of time in the NICU before coming home and even still we did his newborn session before his actual due date so he was one tiny peanut! He is also the smiliest newborn I’ve worked with, he just kept flashing the cutest grins and it was completely adorable. Seriously, he gave me some serious baby fever!
I loved his nursery and as soon as I saw it I totally envisioned the photo of him in dad’s arms. Just too perfect. One of the reasons I like traveling to client’s homes is because it’s fun to include baby’s nursery, mom and dad’s bed, or the cozy spot where mom likes to cuddle while she nurses. It makes your session more personal and all about YOU!
